[Journal Club] The IceCube result on neutrino emission from the Galactic plane

In the beginning of the talk, as a new postdoc member of the HETG I give information on my previous research results including works on gamma-ray-emitting sources and X-ray polarization. After that I will show the IceCube result on neutrino emission from the Galaxy recently accepted for publication and outline my future involvement in this research topic at the HETG.
